Bobby grew up in West Kentucky and West Tennessee and has been a diesel technician since 2011. Long before becoming certified, he was known for working on anything with an engine and developing a strong foundation in hands-on problem solving. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working with a regional employer alongside Jason, as well as spending several years in a small engine shop and in farm equipment repair, working on tractors and heavy machinery. This diverse background has shaped his well-rounded skillset and ability to handle a wide range of equipment with confidence.
As co-founder of CES, Bobby leads with a hands-on approach, setting the standard through hard work, integrity, and dedication to every customer. He is committed to putting customers first, ensuring they are taken care of from start to finish. Bobby takes pride not only in the quality of the work provided, but in the lasting relationships he builds with each customer. Jason developed a passion for fixing things at a young age, which led him to pursue a degree in diesel technology from WKCTC. After graduating, he gained valuable hands-on experience with a regional employer, where he built a strong foundation in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of diesel engines and generators. This experience, combined with years in the field, has shaped his technical expertise and commitment to doing the job right.
As co-founder of CES, Jason leads with integrity, faith, and a strong commitment to serving others. He is dedicated to providing dependable, high-quality service while ensuring every customer feels valued and supported from start to finish. Jason takes pride in growing the business while also giving back to the communities that have supported it. Charlie proudly holds the title of “Truck Manager” and prefers to oversee operations from the front seat on job sites. He’s responsible for ride-alongs, tool security, and making sure no snack goes unnoticed. Cool, calm, and always in charge, Charlie keeps a watchful eye on daily operations outside the office and ensures every trip runs smoothly—especially if it ends with a well-earned treat.

Banjo is the office “Intern” and head of first impressions. He takes greeting customers very seriously—usually with excited spins, zero concept of personal space, and a strong belief that everyone is there to see him. His daily responsibilities include morale-boosting, treat quality control, and closely supervising all shop and office activity. While he hasn’t quite mastered generator repair yet, Banjo is unmatched in enthusiasm and friendliness.
